Refund / Cancellation Policy

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Our refund and cancellation policy apply only to purchases made on payment plans and is good for 60 days from date the down payment was made. After  60 days have gone by since you made the down payment, we can’t offer you a refund but you may cancel your agreement and no longer make any payments.

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us by email or in writing to request a refund. Please indicate how you would like to receive your refund, either as a check or e-check. To cancel your purchase agreement after the 60-day refund period, simple email or write to us to stop payment. We will terminate all remaining payments.

Refunds are issued by check or e-check within 10-14 business days.

 

There are certain EXCLUSIONS to refunds:

* Document fees, monthly processing fees, and prorated taxes are not refundable.

* All discounted cash purchases are final.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the 10-14 business days, first check your bank account again.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us. We will investigate, and if needed re-issue the refund.
